Grace D’Souza (Class of 2021) was a four-year member and captain of Wisconsin’s lightweight rowing team, earning First-Team All-America honors and helping the Badgers capture the team points trophy at the 2021 IRA National Championships. She went on to represent the United States at the 2021 U23 World Rowing Championships and 2022 World Rowing Championships before returning to Wisconsin as an assistant coach of the lightweight team in 2023. Today, Grace is an attorney at Husch Blackwell in Milwaukee, where her practice focuses on tax credits and real estate finance. She remains active in the rowing community in Milwaukee and is an assistant coach for the Milwaukee Rowing Club Masters Team.
