Alumnae Shoutouts
Who did you look up to when you were on the team?
“The Olympians who proceeded us (Graves, Thorsness, Zoch, McCarthy, Cruz). Thanks to you (and also your teammates) for setting the bar so high for the rest of us!”
“Nicole (Borges) Minett was my novice coach and she never stopped believing in me and my scrappy little class. For that reason, Borges and the novices of 2004.”
“Sue Ela, every single team manager who was there before us and worked long after we left.”
“I was impressed by our Coach, Maren Watson who was both a coach and a physician.”
